摘 要:结合自动控制原理、传感器技术和半导体制冷片控制技术,介绍了基于MSP430F149的温度自动控制系统的设计与实现。本系统以TI公司的MSP430F149单片机为控制核心,结合温度传感器检测模块、半导体驱动模块、半导体制冷片调控模块、液晶屏显示模块等,利用PID控制算法对封闭木盒内的温度状态进行动态调控,从而实现盒内温度与设定值相等。其中,通过键盘设定所需温度值,控制核心通过读取温度传感器获得的温度值并结合改进型的变参数PID控制算法,通过半导体驱动模块对半导体制冷片调控模块进行控制。此外,系统可以对制冷片的工作模式(制冷或制热状态)进行光显示,并且在液晶屏上实时显示温度调节过程的曲线,具有良好的人机交互性能。

Abstract: Combined with automatic control theory, sensor technology and semiconductor refrigeration technology, the design and realization of the temperature automatic control system based on MSP430F149 MCU is introduced. This system consists of the processing core module which based on MSP430F149 MCU, the sensor detection module, the semiconductor driver module, the semiconductor refrigeration module and the LCD display module. Moreover, in order to adjust the temperature in the box equal to the setting value, the PID algorithm is utilized to perform the dynamic adjust for the temperature. After the startup of the system, the temperature value can be set by keyboard, and the sensor can get the temperature value in the box and send the data to the processing core module. And then, a novel multi-parameter PID algorithm is utilized to control the performance of the semiconductor driver module. With the effect of the semiconductor driver module, the temperature in the box can finally be adjusted by the semiconductor refrigeration module according to the setting value. In addition, the work condition of the semiconductor refrigeration module can be displayed by the light, furthermore, the realtime shown of the temperature change can also be perform by the LCD display to improve the capability of the human computer interaction.
