摘 要
蜂窝状的金属也就是泡沫金属,由于其硬度高、比重低,以及一些其他性质,这种材料被广泛应用于轻型建筑、包装、以及保温、减震和化学过滤等方面。并且泡沫金属相对于泡沫塑料具有优良的物理性质和力学性质以及高循环的利用率,所以泡沫金属也逐渐成为一种新的工程材料。
目前金属沉积法制备泡沫金属是国内外制备泡沫金属较为流行的方法,电沉积法是其中的方法之一,但是也只限定在铝、镍等金属范围内。本人在综合了大量文献资料的基础上选择了以Cu为研究对象,对该方法制备泡沫金属的第二步—电镀做了重点研究。
本文用单因素分析法对一些影响镀速及镀层质量的因素进行了考察。主要因素有:电流密度、温度、主盐浓度、镀液pH值和添加剂。通过实验发现电流密度、温度、主盐浓度、镀液pH值对镀速有较大的影响,而添加剂和电流密度则对镀层质量有较大的影响。通过正交试验初步确定了较大镀速时的较佳工艺条件。

BSTRACT
Metallic cellular materials, namely foams metal ,are found in everyday uses for their high stiffness, low specific weight and other properties. Applications range from light-weight construction and packaging, to thermal insulation, vibration damping, and chemical filtration.These foams enlarge the application range of cellular materials because of their excellent physical and mechanical properties, as well as their relative amenability to recycling compared to polymeric foams.
Currently,the metallic deposition method is a more popular method to prepare the foam metals at home and abroad .The electrical deposition method is one of them,but is only limitd in the metal scopes such as aluminum and nickel.After reviewing a great many literatures,this paper chose copper as our research object and primarily investigated the second step — metal-electroplation using the above method.
This paper probes into some facters which have influence on the eelectroplating speed and the quality of the plate,using the method of single factor analysis.These factors include the density electric current,temperature,main salinity,the pH value of the electroplating liquid and the additive .Through experiment,author find that the former four tactors have effect on the electroplating speed,while the density of electric current and the additive make great influence on the quality of the plate.Author identifies the prime craft condition via right-crossing experiment.
