摘 要
花粉萃取罐是从花粉中提取营养成分的设备。罐中装有花粉和溶剂，在不大于500C
温度下，让花粉和溶剂发生反应；为使反应充分，应加以搅拌，搅拌器的转速为62.5r/min;反应完成后,在0.3MPa压力下过滤，溶剂流出，花粉停留在罐中,由人工取出。
花粉萃取罐为内压容器。按压力容器的设计要求，我进行了强度校核，在压力容器上布置人孔，手孔，溶剂、蒸气和压缩空气的入口和出口，温度计管口，压缩空气的安全阀接口；为不污染溶剂，与溶剂接触的零、部件采用不锈钢材料。
根据花粉萃取罐的工作要求（三班制，双向连续运转，载荷平稳），工作环境（室内，环境有灰尘）等条件要求，传动装置采用一级蜗杆减速器。

Abstract
The pollen extract pot is the equipment which withdraws nutrition redient from pollen. Pollen and solvent response under fifty temperature in the pot;the mixer which rotational speed is 62.5r/min is needed to stir for full response;after response, nutrition redient is filtrated under the 0.3MPa pressure and flow out ,while pollen stay in the pot which is taken out by people.
The pollen extract pot is the intrinsic pressure vessel.According to the design request of the pressure vessel,I examinate the intensity and arrange the person hole ,the hand hole , entrance and export for solvent、 vapor and compressed air, thermometer orifice, safety valve connection for compressed air; material of the part which contact the solvent is stainless steel for unpolluting the solvent.
According to the pollen extract pot work requirement (three-shift worksystem, bidir- ectional continuous working, load is steady), the working conditions (in room, environment has dust) and so on, the transmission device uses one level worm reducers .
