Abstract: With the technical development of electronic technology , communication technology and automatic control ,pneumatic technology and modular study are also unceasing innovation, people are paying more and more attention to it in the sphere of process manufacturing industry , and have get extensive application. Modular design can make management and the production of enterprise become more coordinate ,and it also can satisfy enterprise to some extent conflicting requirement, such as product variation and raising quality and increase productivity and reduction price, so,it have get the biggest benifit.

Paper has introduced the design course for material unit, detecting unit and processing unit of the unidirectional valve body of production line mainly. From its characteristics as well as the structural, pneumatic systematic, relay control systematic and PLC control system of every unit, have made detailed analysis.
