摘要 本实用新型提供了一种压缩空气助动自行车驱动装置,由车轮、活塞压缩机:1 —排气阀 2 —气缸 3 —活塞 4 —活塞杆 5 —滑块 6 —连杆 7 —曲柄 8 —吸气阀9 —阀门弹簧、压缩空气缓冲罐、螺母、输气软管、车架、减压阀、充气嘴和安全阀组成。
本文叙述了压缩空气助动自行车驱动装置运动分析和可视化效果的理论,综合高等数学公式来推导和运用机械原理分析关于一种实用新型压缩空气助动自行车运动过程,利用PRO/E 2.0在图形显示方面的优势,采用PRO/E 2.0模型效果图制造。该系统综合度较高,当修改完成后即可进行机构的预运行,可根据需要输出任意构件点的位置、构图、调节、制型和相应文字信息,形象直观。
该系统界面简洁友善,人机交互性能强,并有较强的容错机制,操作时根据文本提示,不需要很强的专业知识。使用该系统,我们可以对机构进行运动模拟,观察机构运动过程中的情况,预测设计缺陷,提高设计效率。

Abstract Plane Linkage Mechanism is widely used in machine and instrument manufacture. In recently years, along with the application of computers and development of relevant design software, Plane Linkage Mechanism has made great progress in design methods. This thesis discusses CAD methods of Plane Linkage Mechanism in three aspects.
This paper adopt the mechanism's construction theory based on rod-group and analysis the mechanism's movement, the author presents mechanism simulation and examples. In this part, the author develops simulation for hinge four-poled mechanism.take the Visual Basic's advantage in figure display, adopt Visual Basic 6.0 as the program language, exploit a system of planar linkage's movement analysis and dynamic simulation and imitation. This system can construct the synthesis is very high; after amend, make the re-circulate, then register all the information, and make dynamic simulation, and can output any component's curve of displacement、velocity、acceleration and corresponding text information according to the need, it is visualize and view.
This system's interface is very friendly interface,and it offered to the designer to use easily, and its communion ability between people and computer is very good, and also has a good form in dealing with the fault, when manipulate, we can infer form the hint text, so it is not need special knowledge in using it. Using this system, we can observe the status of the mechanism's movement, forecast the bug of the design and so to improve the design efficiency.
