摘 要
为了解除草剂莠去津对原生动物和藻类的毒理作用,评价除草剂莠去津对水生生态系统的影响,分别以舞行波豆虫(Bodo saltans)、四膜虫(Tetrahymena sp.)和蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)为受试生物,研究了不同浓度的莠去津对受试生物的毒理效应。结果表明:莠去津对舞行波豆虫、四膜虫和蛋白核小球藻表现出较强的毒性效应,处理24h、48h、72h后,对舞行波豆虫种群的EC50分别为0.0145 mg/L、 0.0150 mg/L 和0.0134 mg/L;对四膜虫种群的EC50分别为0.01566 mg/L 、0.01472 mg/L 和0.01302 mg/L;对蛋白核小球藻种群的EC50分别为0.089454 mg/L、 0.001634 mg/L和 0.000202 mg/L。莠去津对原生动物和藻类种群生长有抑制效应,其抑制程度随着莠去津浓度增大而增强。

ABSTRACT
In order to know the toxicological function of herbicide atrazine on the role of protozoa and algae, evaluate the influence of herbicide atrazine on aquatic ecosystems, respectively, line dance Bodo saltans, Tetrahymena sp. and Chlorella pyrenoidosa for the subjects of biology, studied the toxicological effects of different concentrations of atrazine on the subjects of the biology. The results showed that: Atrazine showed strong toxicity effects on B. saltans, Tetrahymena sp.and C. pyrenoidosa. The EC50 of B. saltans for 24, 48 and 72h were 0.0145, 0.0150 and 0.0134 mg/L resp. The EC50 of Tetrahymena sp. for 24, 48 and 72h were 0.01566, 0.01472 and 0.01302 mg/L. The EC50 of C. pyrenoidosa for 24, 48 and 72h were 0.089454, 0.001634 and 0.000202 mg/L. Atrazine on the protozoa and algae population growth inhibitory effect, and the repressive degree of the population growth of the protozoa became stronger along with the increment of atrazine massconcn..
