哥本哈根世界气候变化大会在2009年受到了世界各国政府、非政府组织、企业、媒体、专家学者和民众的高度关注。在会议召开期间，全球有几十亿人每天通过媒体观看这场由政府、传媒、NGO出演的世界大戏。然而，看似客观的哥本哈根会议新闻报道，都隐含了各国媒体对此的议程设置。因此，本文采用内容分析法，主要研究了在覆盖哥本哈根大会四周的时间段中，四家国际著名报纸头版如何在有关大会铺天盖地的新闻里进行筛选、报道与强调，如何根据自己的立场进行议程设置。在四周的时间中，四家报纸的主要议程经历了哪些变化，英美两国媒体对会议的报道又有哪些不同。希望通过此次研究，可以更好地把握国际主流媒体在有关全球公众议题的报道中是如何发挥引导社会舆论的功能，如何潜移默化地设置议程影响受众，从而影响社会。

At the end of 2009, COP-15 in Copenhagen received highly attention from governments, non-governmental organizations, enterprises, media groups, experts and public around the world. Millions of common citizens also witnessed two weeks’ shouting match between governments, journalists and non-governmental organizations through daily reports of the conference. While the agenda setting is inevitably hidden behind those seemingly objective reports of different countries. Agenda Setting, as defined by “Mass Media, Mass Culture”, is the process whereby the mass media determine what we think and worry about. Media influences the public opinion through incessant emphasis on the key points they want to convey. With content-analysis method, this thesis tends to probe into those agenda settings based on each country’s stance, shifting focuses during the conference and different angles of the four major international news papers through their distinctive front page news. It aims to discover the role of major media in the world in directing public opinions and influencing the society through an unnoticeable way-- agenda setting.
