【摘要】 本文以某跟踪雷达转台伺服系统的研制为背景,分析了雷达天线所受的风载荷,建立了双电机驱动伺服系统模型,并基于模型设计了不同种类的变结构控制器,分别改善了系统的跟踪精度和干扰抑制性能。首先,论文介绍了双电机驱动伺服系统的总体设计方案。其次,论文分析了圆抛物面天线的风载荷,利用圆抛物面天线二维体轴坐标系与三维体轴坐标系的关系,并利用力系移动准则,推导出了雷达转台回转轴所受风力矩的计算公式。再次,结合双电机驱动动力学特性,建立了双电机驱动伺服系统的控制模型。最后,论文研究了变结构控制理论,针对双电机驱动伺服系统设计了基于比例切换函数的变结构控制器,改善了伺服系统的跟踪精度;并针对伺服系统中实际存在的风力矩干扰与摩擦干扰的情况,设计了具有鲁棒性的变结构控制器,改善了伺服系统的干扰抑制性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the wind load of antenna is analysised and the model of servo system by double-motor is established against the background of the development of certain precision radar turntable server. Furthermore, different types of variable structure controller is designed for improving the tracking precision or robustness respectively.First, the whole design scheme of the server is introduced.Second, wind load of circular parabolic antenna is studied. We use the relationship between two-dimensional body axis coordinate system and three-dimensional body axis coordinate system, and use the rule of forces moving to derive the formula computering wind load torque of radar turntable axis.Third, according to the dynamic characteristics of double-motor, the control block diagram of the practical servo system is established.Finally, theory of variable structure control is studied. For improving the tracking precision of practical servo system, a variable structure controller based on proportional switching function is designed. For wind load torque and friction exists in servo system, a robust variable structure controller is designed to improve the system performance of interference suppression.
