【摘 要】：
收发电路由MICRF102单片发射器芯片、 MICRF007单片接收器芯片组成，工作在300~470 MHz ISM频段；具有ASK调制和解调能力，抗干扰能力强，适合工业控制应用。MICRF102是Micrel公司推出的一种远距离无线数据传输发射芯片,可实现真正的“数据输入,天线输出”功能,它所有的调谐都可在芯片内自动完成。MICRF007是Micrel公司推出的单片UHF ASK/OOK(导通-关断键控)超外差无线电接收芯片，是标准的窄 RF带宽的超外差接收器，窄带宽接收器对RF干扰信号不敏感，所有的RF和IF调谐都在芯片内自动完成，是一个真正"无线输入－数据输出"的单片器件。文中介绍了MICRF102和MICRF007的特点、引脚功能、工作原理和设计时的元件选择,并给出了它的典型应用电路。

【Abstract】：
MICRF102 transceiver circuits from single transmitter chip and MICRF007 single receiver chip, working in 300 ~ 470 MHz ISM band, with ASK modulation and demodulation capability, anti-interference capability and suitable for industrial control applications. Micrel has introduced MICRF102 is a long-range wireless data transmission fired chips, can achieve real "data entry, the antenna output" function, all its tuner chip can be done automatically. Micrel has introduced MICRF007 is the single UHF ASK / OOK (on-- off-keying) superheterodyne radio receiver chip, the standard is the narrow bandwidth of the RF superheterodyne receiver, the narrow bandwidth of the receiver signal does not interfere with the RF Sensitive to all the IF and RF tuner chip in the auto-complete, is a true "wireless input - the output data" the single device. The paper introduced the MICRF102 and MICRF007 features, pin function, principle and the design of the components choice, and gives it a typical application circuit.
