摘要
通过对山东兰陵美酒股份有限公司人才现状和流失原因的调查分析，深刻剖析了导致人才流失的种种问题和存在的现象，并在此基础上，依据现代人力资源管理策略，有针对性的提出了解决人才流失的相应对策，以期为山东兰陵美酒股份有限公司突破“留不住，引不进”的使用人才困境提供一些借鉴。
Abstract：
Through survey and analysis of the present situation and reasons for drains of human resource of  Shandong Lanling Meijiu Co.ltd, this article profoundly analyzed all kinds of problems and the existing phenomenon which induce the drains of human resource, and on this foundation, according to modern human resources management strategy, this article proposed corresponding countermeasures to solve the human resource drains, hoping to provide valuable advices to breakthrough the dilemma of "cannot detain, can not get in" human resource use and management of  Shandong Lanling Meijiu Co.ltd .
