摘要：
随着单片机在工业控制领域中的广泛应用，基于单片机的控制板越来越多，但对控制板的功能检测却没有什么很好的方法，传统的检测方法操作起来麻烦且不易实现。为了实现对本公司生产的基于单片机技术的单轴、I/O控制板的检测，设计了本测试程序。该测试程序采用PC机与单片机的通讯技术，来测试已焊接完成的控制板的各种功能，如步进电机控制、字符型LCD显示及I/O操作等功能。上位PC机测试程序采用VB编写、下位单片机采用C语言编写，从而使的对控制板的测试变的直观、简单、方便。
Abstract:
With developing the application of single chip microprocessor in industrial control area, more and more control board based on single chip microprocessor, but there is no good method to testing the function of control board. Conventional testing method is inconvenient to operate and hard to implement. Testing program is designed for testing single axis and I/O control board made by our company based on single chip microprocessor technology. The program can test all kinds of function of control board, such as step motor control、character LCD display and I/O operation etc. It makes the program intuitionist、simple and convenient by using VB program host pc, and C language program slave single chip microprocessor.
