简要介绍基于nRF401/nRF403的无线数字收发电路的功能、内部结构、引脚排列及典型的应用电路。nRF401/nRF403是一个单片RF收发芯片,采用PPL频率合成技术,工作在433MHzISM频段和315MHz频段,具有FSK调制和解调能力。具有两个信号通道,可直接与微控制器接口。低工作电压(2.7V),外接一个晶体,电阻、电感元件就可以构成一个完整的射频收发器。电路模块尺寸适中,可以方便的嵌入各种测量和控制系统中。在多种测量、遥控技术中都有应用。
