【摘要】 雷达是一个复杂的电子机械设备,自其诞生之日起,他的不断发展动力就在于与空中进攻性兵器的激烈攻防对抗。在当今现代化战争中,雷达受到的“四大威胁”日益严重,这四大威胁分别是:综合电子干扰、低空或超低空目标、反辐射导弹和隐身目标。隐身目标由于在被雷达照射后其回波反射截面积很小,使得常规雷达难以发现,因而可以在战区上空灵活作战,在多次局部战争中取得明显战果。然而主要作为警戒雷达的米波雷达因其波长适当,具备电波被吸收率低、不易散射等特点,对通过吸收雷达电波、减少雷达角反射面、散射雷达电波来达到隐形目的目标有一定的捕捉效果,成为隐身目标的天然克星,世界各国关注的新焦点。但是现有米波雷达由于工作频率低,天线结构比较稀疏,天线面积庞大,振子数目较多,相应的运输单元数量也比较多,造成其拆卸、拼装以及阵地转移都很困难,因此迫切要求雷达具有较高的机动性能,以提高米波雷达的战场生存能力。液压起竖及调平系统是雷达结构中的不可缺少的承载机构,也是雷达性能和质量的重要保证。现代战争对雷达系统的机动性能要求越来越高,尤其重视雷达的拆收和架设速度。过去,米波雷达天线车大多数采用手工调平,升降速度慢、调平精度差,阵面起竖系统复杂,费时费力。本文中设计完成的某米波雷达天线车针对米波雷达的技术特点及环境条件要求,参考和借鉴国内外在雷达天线车液压起竖及调平系统设计的技术和方法,在设计某米波雷达天线车调平系统时,采用了四个摆腿加千斤顶进行自动调平的设计方案,大大缩短了雷达的拆、装时间,提高了调平精度,改善了雷达的机动性能。本文还在雷达总体布局、整车抗风能力、工作可靠性、维修可达性和安全性设计等方面作一定研究,通过对系统仿真分析,论证了此设计方案的可实施性和优越性,为其他型号车载米波雷达自动调平与起竖系统的设计与研究奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Radar is a sophisticated electronic machinery and equipment, from its date of birth, and his power lies in the continuous development of offensive weapons with a fierce air attack and defense. In today’s modern war, radar was the "four threats" increasingly serious threat to these four is:integrated electronic interference, low-altitude or low altitude targets, anti-radiation missiles and stealth targets.Stealth targets due to their small cross-sectional area radar reflectivity, making difficult to find conventional radar, which can be flexible in the theater over the operations, achieved significant success. But comparatively speaking, as the meter wave radar, surveillance radar because of its wavelength appropriate, with the wave is absorbed is low, hard scattering characteristics of radar waves by absorbing and reducing the radar corner reflector, the scattering of radar waves to achieve the objectives of stealth purposes capture a certain effect, a stealth goal of a natural killer.However, as a result of low frequency VHF radar, the antenna structure is sparse, a large array area, a larger number of oscillators, the corresponding number of the transport unit will be more, disassembly, assembly, difficulties in transferring position, the general mobility is not high, and its erection, dismantling the heavy workload, often number 10 a few hours to complete. Therefore an urgent need of radar with high mobility and improve the viability of VHF Radar battlefield, when they need to quickly disassemble, assemble, quick transfer, quick set up and start work quickly to ensure uninterrupted monitoring air situation.Radar from the vertical hydraulic leveling system is an essential structure of the radar bearing organization and a major radar performance and quality assurance, radar mobility, reliability, security, To a great extent by the structural design and implementation. On the radar of modern warfare increasingly high demand for mobility, attention to the demolition of income and set up the radar speed. The program from home and abroad on the radar vertical hydraulic leveling system design techniques and methods, using a four leg swing plus automatic leveling jacks for the design and shorten the time of the radar set up to improve the leveling precision, improved Radar mobility. Proof of this design program of the superiority, and for other radar design and study lays a theoretical and technological basis.
