摘 要
本次毕业设计的题目是凸轮箱体的加工工艺及夹具设计。通过查阅机械工艺手册、夹具设计手册等资料,对工艺设计及夹具的设计有了较为全面的了解。零件是箱体类零件,根据凸轮箱体的特点,采用上下模板的夹具设计,该夹具采用一面两孔的定位,主要钻孔时有箱体里钻孔还有在箱体外钻孔的。钻孔时较为费劲,因此采用上下模板的夹具设计。
还有编排工艺中粗基准和精基准的选择,粗基准选择工件定面,精基准选择工件底座面。
加工工艺过程包括:毛坯的选择、基准的确定、机床类型的选定。夹具设计包括:定位元件、夹紧元件、上下模板设计、钻套的选择。机床选择包括:龙门铣床、摇臂钻床。

Abstract
Part preseted by time of design examination questions is automobile half scrolls of casing pipe.Automobile half scrolls of casing pipe are one of important automobile component.The automobile running is to pass the centre transmission shaft from the engine,latter half axis driving force is transmitted to automobile queen bridge,drive a carriage wheel to be completed again from latter half axis.every has one half scrolls of casing pipe on queen bridge,on both side of retinue ,one holds and rear axle housing pressure compounds into an integral whole, another end installation has wheel hub axle bearing.And all weight that it is loaded with now that essential points bears the car body and wehicle,impingement force and moment of torsion easy to need to bear an automobile in the process running since the road is indignant but arouse,need to swear not to deformation happened in running,but to reovlve freely half scrolls within the person .
Arrangement desigeing that the problem is automobile half scrolls of casing pipe numerical control machine tool grip design and the workpiece treating handicraft’s time designs capital.The treating accomplishing end face and excircld to automobile half scrolls of casing pipe still having the inner hole is arranged,the machine tool designs out the clamp pretending to grip workpiece,machinery designing middle having wielded a great quantity in is time knowledge relatively.
