【摘要】

本论文主要阐述了数控机床是一种技术含量很高的机、电、仪一体化的高效的自动化机床，综合了计算机技术、自动化技术、伺服驱动、精密测量和精密机械等各个领域的新的技术成 果，是一门新兴的工业控制技术。不同的数控系统虽然在结构和性能上有所区别，但在故障诊断上有它的共性，现结合工作实际谈一下数控系统故障分析和维修的一般方法。由于数控机床是技术密集和知识密集的自动化设备,一旦出现故障,维修困难的问题将严重影响数控机床开动率,造成设备闲置,资源浪费。本文阐述了数控机床故障分析与排除的一般方法,提出了对维修人员的技术培训是尽快解决数控机床故障的重要措施。

This paper mainly expounds the numerical control machine is a high-tech machine, electric, instrument integration of efficient automation machine tool, integrated computer technology, automation technology, the servo drive, precision measurement and precision machinery and other fields of new technology into the fruit, is a new industrial control technology. Although different NC system in the structure and performance of distinction, but in the fault diagnosis has its generality, is combined with the actual work about numerical control system fault analysis and repair of the general method. As a result of CNC machine tools is technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive automation equipment, once malfunction, repair difficult problems will seriously affect the NC machine tool operation rate, resulting in equipment is unused, waste of resources. This paper expounds the NC machine tool fault analysis and elimination of general method, is proposed for repair personnel technical training is as soon as possible to solve the fault of CNC machine tool is the important measure.
