人口老龄化是当今社会所面临的共同话题，中国特有的国情与政策决定了中

国正大跨步的进入老龄化社会，越来越高的老年人口比例使得社会愈发关注这一

特殊群体的需求与意愿。而老年人烹饪与烹饪准备行为在整个居家活动中消耗最

多的时间与精力，适应老年人需求的烹饪系统设计有助于老年群体生活质量的提

高。

论文主要通过对老年人的实际入户调研，发现老年人在烹饪活动中的需求与

不便，结合中国人特有的饮食习惯和对未来厨房烹饪环境中材料技术的研究与预

测，提出未来老年人烹饪系统设计的设计要点，进而根据设计要点提供产品化解

决老年人烹饪问题的设计方案。

ABSTRACT

Aging of the population is a common topic which today’s society is facing. The

Chinese unique national conditions and policy decisions is making the country enter

the aging society faster, the increasing proportion of elderly population makes the

community take more and more attention to this special group’s needs and hopes. As

the old cooking and the old cooking preparations take most of the time and energy in

the whole hone cooking activities, a cooking system that designed to meet old cookers’

demands will help to maintain physical and mental health for the aged group and help

them to have an active everyday life.

This thesis is first to arise design elements for future aged group cooking system,

according to the discovery on demands and inconvenience of elderly people in cooking

activities combined with unique dietary habits of Chinese people and the research and

prediction on Materials technology in the future cooking environment, and then to

provide products according to the design elements of the problem of solving the design

of old cooking.
