摘要：随着改革开放的不断深入和市场经济的蓬勃发展，我国的汽车保有量以每年14.98%的速度递增。汽车二手车市场在汽车后市场中有着举足轻重的地位。它影响整个汽车流通产业和社会生活诸多方面，同时也对政府制定和调整汽车产业政策有着重要的影响。但是我国的二手车市场起步较晚，当前二手车市场正处在高速发展时期，这其中不乏二手车市场的现状存在的问题，但是由于二手车的复杂性，二手车市场所表现出来的问题错综复杂。所以本文是从二手车市场现状中发现问题，进而针对这些问题做些实际性的解决方案，再从这些问题中分析出对二手车市场未来的发展提出建议。

Abstract：With the remarkable achievement of reform and opening-up and the vigorous development of the market economy, the total quantity of vehicles in our country has been increasing by 14.98% per year. The used car market is playing a decisive role in the car aftermarket and affects the whole automobile industry and many aspect of social life. But the second-hand car market started late in our country, and is in a period of rapid development，so the problems also comes up during this process. Because of the complexity of second-hand car, problems in it are pretty complex. So this article finds problems from the current situation of the present second-hand car market, offers practical solutions to these problems and provides suggestions for the future development of second-hand market from the analysis of current difficulties.
