摘要：本文首先对汽车报废行业的相关知识、标准进行详细的阐述。通过分析和比较我国和国外汽车报废产业以及目前长沙市的汽车发展水平的实际情况，总结出影响长沙市汽车报废产业发展的因素以及存在的问题，然后通过借鉴国外先进水平来对汽车报废回收技术发展策略进行分析，以长沙市汽车报废业实际情况提出有效建议来促进长沙市汽车报废回收技术的发展。根据分析结果提出未来发展趋势的汽车回收管理系统，为我国汽车报废回收的发展提供参考。

Abstract:Firstly,this paper introduced the current situation of the scrapped automobile industry of Changsha. Including standards and details in this paper, through the analysis and comparison between Chinese and foreign automobile scrap industry and the situation of the vehicle industry development in Changsha now.This paper summed up the impact of Changsha City scrapped automobile industry development factors and existing problems, and then through drawing lessons from foreign advanced level of automobile scrap recycling technology development strategy analysis, in Changsha City scrapped automobile industry actual situation and put forward effective suggestions to promote the city of Changsha scrapped vehicle recovery technology development.According to the results of the analysis,this paper come up with the future the automobile recovery system which suits the future trend of development, the paper offered suggestions for the future development of scrapped vehicle in our country.
