摘要：本文对中国申瓯绩效管理展开研究，首先对该公司的考核制度进行介绍，目前该公司采用年度绩效管理制度，经过一年多的运行，取得了一定的成效，但也存在一定的问题，主要表现在绩效考核主体单一、绩效考核指标设计不合理、绩效考核结果应用单一、绩效考核缺乏反馈与沟通四方面的问题，最后提出中国申瓯绩效管理的改进措施。建立和完善与企业实际相结合的科学、公平的绩效管理制度，充分调动员工的积极性、主动性和创造性，为员工的发展提供广阔的平台，具有非常重要的现实意义。

Abstracthrough research methods the Chinese Shenou performance management study, the first of the company's appraisal system introduced, the company uses the annual performance management system, after a year of running, and have achieved certain results, but there are also some problems, mainly in the main single performance appraisal, performance appraisal indicators unreasonable application of a single performance appraisal results, performance appraisal, the lack of feedback and communication aspects, proposed the Chinese Shenou performance management improvements.
