目的：本课题重点研究聚醚改性聚硅氧烷固体粉末状消泡剂的制备工艺，讨
论了乳化剂的含量及 HLB 值、乳化温度、疏水性气相白炭黑的含量等因素对产品
性能的影响，确定其最佳生产工艺。方法：首先制备低含氢硅油、聚醚改性聚硅
氧烷、硅膏等原料；再用复合乳化剂将聚醚改性聚硅氧烷和硅膏进行乳化，加入
余量水得聚醚改性聚硅氧烷乳液型消泡剂；最后以一定比例将吸附载体与聚醚改
性聚硅氧烷乳液混合，得到聚醚改性聚硅氧烷固体粉末状消泡剂。结果：经检测
该消泡剂消泡迅速、抑泡时间长、且用量少。结论：固体粉末型消泡剂是对传统
消泡剂的改进，在使用运输、储存等方面性能突出，具有广阔应用前景。

Abstract
Objective: This study focuse on topics of polyether modified silicone solid powder
Defoamer Preparation. Through the study of the emulsifier and HLB, emulsifying
temperature, Gas hydrophobic silica content and other factors that effected the
properties of product are discussed. Determined the best production processes.
Methods : Preparation of low HMSO, polyether modified polysiloxane, silicon paste
and so on; then emulsified polyether modified silicone and silicon paste with composite
emulsifier, added residual water into it and gain cushion polyether modified silicone
emulsion defoamer. Finally, a certain proportion of the carrier and the adsorption of
polyether modified silicone emulsion mixed, in order to get modified polyether
polysiloxane solid powder defoamer. Result: The detection showed us that the
defoamer was executed quickly, and the effection last long time while only little dosage
was used. Conclusion: The solid powder defoamer which is modified on the base of
the traditional defoamer has prominent performance on transportation, storage and such
aspects which have broad application prospect.
