摘要：本文针对塑胶薄膜复卷机的机械结构部分进行了设计与说明,对于传统大型塑胶薄膜分切机分切之后不能保证宽度在30毫米以下的材料端面平整度的问题，采用本机器进行二次加工，从而达到客户要求。
本机器实现了二次加工的半自动化，工作期间，在加工特定宽度和厚度的塑胶薄膜时，保证张力恒定，使张力控制在材料的抗拉强度之内，以保证材料不变形。同时控制住复卷时的线速度，使线速度在一个特定范围内，既保证工作安全，又保证材料顺利复卷。本说明书对轴系进行了设计与说明，卡嘴的设计计算，以及标准件的选取，最后对整个工作过程进行计算与说明。

Abstract: This paper plastic film rewinding machine mechanical structure of the design and that part, to traditional large plastic thin film cutting machine after cutting and cannot guarantee the width of the material under 30 mm face the problem of flatness, using the machine in a second process, so as to achieve the requirements of customers.
This machine is realized the two processing half automation, duration of work, in particular the width and thickness of the processing plastic thin film, ensure tension constant tension control, make the material of the tensile strength, to ensure the material within deformation. At the same time, It controls the linear velocity of rewinding, making linear velocity in a certain range, not only ensure job security, but also ensure the smooth rewinding materials. This manual mainly to axis to carry on the design and illustration, card design and calculation of the mouth, as well as the selection of standard parts, and finally the whole process of calculation and instructions.
