摘要
本设计是北京城市猎人越野车变速器，也就是所谓的BJ2021车型的变速器设计。阐述了机械式变速器的功用、要求，介绍了变速器各种结构方案，说明了变速器主要参数的确定方法、齿轮的几何计算、强度计算等计算方法。概括同步器工作原理和工作过程，设计计算。该设计中涉及轻型货车变速器设计由于机械变速器具有较好的动力性、经济性和良好的操纵性能，且易装备和易维修等优点，在现代的社会中得到广泛的应用。变速器一般装在发动机和驱动桥之间，主要作用是变速变矩，设置倒档和空档，以满足汽车在不同工况下动力输出需要。合理的设计和布置变速器使得发动机功率得到最合理的利用，从而提高汽车动力性和经济性。本设计主导思想即在于设计以提高汽车的动力性和经济性指标，具备较高的传动效率，操纵轻便，工作可靠，噪声小为目的的机械式变速器。在设计中，不可避免存在不足，有待进一步改善。
关键词：机械式 变速器 同步器AbstractThis design is about Beijing urban cross country vehicle transmission. It has expounded the function of mechanical type transmission and the requirement, and has introduced the various structure schemes of gearbox , and explained that the major parameter of transmission decides the method surely , the geometry computational methods such as calculation and intensity calculation etc of gear wheel .Involve the computational method of the design of synchronizer , brief synchronizer work principle and work course , design calculation and bearing life span. Involving the medium-sized freight train transmission design in this design possesses the controllability of better motive force ,economy and good owing to the machinery transmission , and just easily equips the merits such as unassuming maintenances etc , and gets the extensive application in the society of modern times The transmission generally loads between engine and drive bridge ,and major act on being the speed change becomes the carpenter's square , and sets up to reverse gear and the neutral position , with the power output needs of satisfied automobile under the difference operating modes .Reasonable design and fixing up that the transmission makes that the engine merit rate gets the most reasonable utilization , and automobile motive force and economy are raised. Namely the leading thought of this design depends on motive force and economy quota in order to raise the automobile of design, and having the higher transmission efficiency, and operates lightly , work is reliable , the small mechanical type transmission that serve as the purpose of noise . Obviously, there might be several deficiencies which deserve improvement.Key words: mechanical transmission synchrotron
