工程项目总承包管理是建筑工程项目管理的一种有效方法,在国际市场已被广泛应用。该方法使建筑管理经营系统化,先进化,可为业主及建设企业节约资金,提高项目的投资效益。我国建筑工程管理水平明显落后于西方发达国家,在建筑工程管理方面存在着组织结构不合理、管理体制未彻底理顺、业主行为不规范及对总承包管理模式研究不深、不透等问题。本文探索建筑工程项目管理在我国的应用，通过与国外建筑工程项目管理的比较研究,剖析我国建筑工程项目管理中存在的问题及其不足，并提出相应的对策。

摘要：随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，我国经济正进一步与国际接轨，同样建筑业也正面临着开拓国际市场的重大机遇。建设工程的总承包管理方式是在建筑产业的长期发展过程中，特别是在近年来建筑产品日趋大型化、复杂化、管理要求更高的形势下，应运而生的。本论文在对工程项目管理和工程承包的理论基础上，结合国内外承包管理的现状及总承包中常见的问题，提出应对当前国内承包管理局面不规范的管理模式。笔者认为，以合同管理为基础，灵活的运用EPC承包模式或者PMC模式的管理方式，能更好的适应当代社会的发展需要。

Abstract: With the process of global economic integration accelerating, our economy is further integrated into the international community, the same to the construction industry which is also faced with the great opportunities of developing international market. The construct management way of the construction project arises in the process of the long-term development of the building industry, especially in the situation where the building products in recent years are becoming large and complicated and the management demand are becoming higher.On the basis of the theory of the engineering project management and engineering points of contract and combined with the present situation of the union contract management in domestic and foreign countries and the common problems of points contracting, this paper makes some suggestions to deal with the under-standard management mode in current domestic contract management situation. The author thinks that to make the contract management as the base and use the EPC contract mode or PMC mode management way flexibly, it can better adapt to the needs of the development of contemporary society.
