摘 要

摩托车车架用来支撑发动机.变速传动系统以及摩托车乘员.此外车架还为车轮提供安装位置,从而使整个车架又支撑在车轮上.摩托车的前轮作为转向轮可以左右摆动.由于车架是整个摩托车的支撑部分,因此其材料和结构必须有相当的强度和刚性,同时又要求重量轻巧,以便高速行驶.其中两轮摩托车车辆在静止状态时,必须借助于支架来保持平衡:在行驶过程中,必须靠操控来保持平衡.因此,两轮车架要尽量采用重量轻,刚性好的管材或板材.另外在零部件的组成方式上大都以外露的形式装配在车架上的一定空间范围内,在外观造型方面也十分考究. 摩托车的使用范围广泛,种类繁多,为了适应各种车辆的使用要求,必须设计出各种不同特性的车架,一般来说,摩托车车架的形式以发动机的大小而异,具体说,是由车辆性能加工的形式以及使用状况的不同而定的.从大的组合结构形式来看,分为两大类:1.?由多个简单件通过一定的工艺组合成一个空间框架结构体,即空间结构型车架.2.以一个主梁为主体骨架,加上一些辅助安装件组成的主体梁式结构车架摩托车的使用范围广泛,种类繁多,为了适应各种车辆的使用要求,必须设计出各种不同特性的车架,一般来说,摩托车车架的形式以发动机的大小而异,具体说,是由车辆性能加工的形式以及使用状况的不同而定的.从大的组合结构形式来看,分为两大类:1.?由多个简单件通过一定的工艺组合成一个空间框架结构体,即空间结构型车架.2.以一个主梁为主体骨架,加上一些辅助安装件组成的主体梁式结构车架
