摘要

模具是工业产品生产用的重要工艺设备，模具工业已是工业发展的基础，许多新产品开发和研制在很大程度上都依赖与模具的生产。可以预言，随着工业生产的不断发展，模具工业在民国经济中的地位将日益提高，并在国民经济发展过程中发挥越来越重要的作用。在冲压零件的生产中，合理的冲压成形工艺，先进的模具，高效的冲压设备是必不可少的三要素。

本文提出采用模具来生产止动件的新工艺，并针对某规格夹具止动件设计了复合模。本文结合止动件的特点，具体解决了压力机的选择与校核、凸模和凹模刃口尺寸计算及结构设计、定位方案设计、卸料方式的设计、主要模具零件的加工工艺、标准零件的选用、模具的装配等一系列的设计工作，这些设计可为类似的零件模具设计提供现实的指导意义。根据所提供的零件图纸，对其进行冲压件工艺分析，确定工艺方案及模具结构类型，进行必要的工艺计算。

本次设计绘图采用AotuCAD以及pro/E为计算机辅助制图工具使用简单，方便快捷，而且有极强的图形处理功能，可以大大缩短绘图的周期，在国内使用的较广泛。

ABSTRACT

Tooling is the important industrial products in production process and equipment, tooling industry is already industrial development foundation, many new product development and research in largely depend on and mould manufacturing. It can be predicted, along with the continuous development of industrial production and mould industry in the republic of China economy, the position, will increasingly, and increase in national economic development plays an increasingly important role. In stamping parts manufacturing, reasonable of stamping forming process, advanced mold, efficient punching equipment is indispensable three elements.

This paper put forward by use of the mold to produce stop moving parts of new technology, and in the light of a specification fixture designing sample check dynamic composite modulus. Based on the characteristics of dynamic pieces check, specific solved press choice and checking and protruding models and dies.the blade size calculation and structure design, positioning scheme design, unloaded way design, main mould parts processing technology, standard parts selection, mold assembly and so on a series of design work, these designs for similar parts mold design provides the practical significance. According to provide drawings, and carry on the stamping process analysis and determine process scheme and die structure types, conduct necessary process calculation.

The design drawing adopted AotuCAD and pro/E for computer-assisted mapping tool is simple to use, convenient and quick and strong graphics processing functions, can greatly shorten the cycle of drawing in domestic use more extensive.

2.1止动件的冲压模具设计

图2.1所示材料为Q235,厚度为2mm，大批量生产。试制定工件冲压工

艺规程、设计其模具、编制模具零件的加工工艺规程.

2.2冲压件工艺分析

①材料:该冲裁件的材料Q235是普通碳素钢，具有较好的可冲压性能.

②零件结构:该冲裁件结构简单，并在转角有四处R2圆角，比较适合冲裁.

③尺寸精度:零件图上所有未注公差的尺寸，属自由尺寸，可按工T14级确定工

件尺寸的公差.孔边距12二的公差为-0.11,属11级精度.查公差表可得各

尺寸公差为: 图2.1

零件外形: 65 mm 24 mm 30 mm R30 mm R2 mm

零件内形: 10 mm

孔中心距37 mm

结论:适合冲裁.
