摘 要

通过对国内外泥浆泵现状的分析,得出钻井泥浆泵的发展方向:加大输入功率、加大冲程长度、降低冲次、加大最大缸套直径、加大最大泵压、。钻井泵结构设计采用锻焊曲轴、双保险介杆密封结构等,为了迎接我国泥浆泵行业面临的挑战,使我国的泥浆泵产品能昂首走向国际市场,我们从泥浆泵结构不尽合理,难以满足现代钻井工艺的要求出发,对泥浆泵进行结构设计。

本文将对3NB-1300钻井泥浆泵进行详细的结构设计与分析,重点是对泥浆泵的泵壳进行设计与计算。通过本文我们首先了解3NB-1300钻井泥浆泵总体结构,确定泥浆泵的基本参数,然后进一步了解泵壳的各部分结构,最后是钻井泵的安装及日常维护。通过了解,得出当前结构不合理问题,以泥浆泵泵壳的结构、材料、成型方法为出发点,根据泥浆泵的工作原理,经对有关部分进行分析、计算, 对泥浆泵泵壳进行结构设计,以满足现代泥浆泵的钻井工艺。

3NB-1300 drilling mud pump - pump shell design

ABSTRACT

Through an analysis of current situation of the domestic and international slush pump, obtain the developing direction of the slush pump of the well drilling: , input power strengthen, strengthen stroke length, reduce, wash time, strengthen most large jar sets of diameter, strengthen most loud pump pigeonhole. The pump structural design of the well drilling adopts and forges and welds the bent axle, dual fail-safe to lie between the sealed structure of the pole etc., in order to meet the challenge that the slush pump trade of our country faces, enable the slush pump products of our country to move towards the international market with one's chin up, we are unreasonable from the structure of the slush pump, the difficult requirement for meeting modern well drilling craft set out, carry on the structural design to the slush pump.

This text will carry on detailed structural design and analysis to 3NB-1300 well drilling slush pump, design and calculate the pump shell of the slush pump especially. We understand 3NB-1300 well drilling slush pump ensemble architecture at first, confirm the basic parameter of the slush pump through this text, then further understand the shelly every part of structure of the pump, the end is installation and regular maintenance of a pump of the well drilling. Through understanding, obtain the unreasonable problem of the present structure, regard pump shelly structure, material, shaping method of slush pump as the starting point, according to the operation principle of the slush pump, through analyzing, calculating relevant parts, carry on the structural design to the pump shell of slush pump, in order to meet well drilling craft of the modern slush pump.

车削类零件的数控工艺分析与编程

.加工顺序按由粗到精、由近到远的原则确定,即从右到左进行粗车,然后从右到左进行精车在一次装夹中尽可能加工出较多的工件表面,最后车螺纹。由于该零件为但见小批量生产,走刀路线设计不必考虑最短进给路线或最低空行程路线,外轮廓表面车削走刀路线可沿零件轮廓顺序进行。

b.零件的装夹及夹具的选择

(1).定位基准确定坯料轴线和左端大端面为定位基准。

(2).装夹方法左端采用三爪自定心卡盘定心夹紧,右端采用活动顶尖支撑的装夹方式。
