目前对于进出口结构的分析是我国国际贸易研究的一个热点，这些研究的重点，虽然都不是探讨分类本身的，但大多都沿用了国际标准中的二分法，即：把十类进出口商品分为“初级产品”和“工业制成品”，进行分类探讨的基础。但这种方法从应用上而言，由于多维性和强相关性不利于数理分析进行，对于其经济学属性更有待考查。本文选取因子分析方法对于现有的进出口商品结构分类进行分析，利用SAS软件中的实证性因子分析（CFA）检测原有分类，验证传统分类方法在中国是否具有不同的经济学属性，又用探索性因子分析(EFA)得出新的结果，加以比较。最后得出十种产品并没有明显的归为两类因子，既原有的初级产品和工业制成品的分类基本上没有体现出数据内在的经济学属性等四点结论。

The analysis of the structure of imports and exports is a central issue of the research of the international trade. Although these research didn't focus on the classification, most of them have used the dichotomy which is a international standard, that is, to divide the 10 imports and exports goods into "initial products" and "industry finished products". The multi-dimension and strong-correlativity in this method, however, are not helpful for the statistical and mathematic modeling，and therefore the economical properties have yet to be proved. This paper select the Factor Analysis，including the method of Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis by SAS, to analyze the Structure and Category of Chinese Imports and Exports Goods, to testify whether the traditional classification has a relevant property which is different, and then come to four conclusions.
