财务比率分析在企业管理中的应用
摘 要：财务分析是指财务分析主体利用会计资料及与之有关的其他信息资料, 通过计算财务指标, 采用一定方法对企业财务活动中的各种经济关系及财务活动结果进行剖析、评价,为财务决策,财务诊断、咨询、评估、监督、控制提供所需财务信息。比率分析法是目前财务报表分析中应用最普遍的方法之一，根据财务报表上相互关联的两个或多个项目计算比率，从而评价企业财务状况经营成果和现金流量，评价公司过去的情况和估计未来趋势，或是与其他公司进行对比。本文对现行比率分析法在企业管理应用中存在的不足进行剖析，并就避免这些不足提供一些可行性的建议。

Financial ratio analysis
in enterprise management application
Abstract : Financial analysis refers to financial analysis by using the accounting information main body and the related information, and other financial indicators, through calculation method of using certain financial activities in various economic relations and financial activities, evaluation, analyzes the financial decision-making for financial diagnosis, consultation, evaluation and supervision and control provide financial information. Ratio analysis is applied in the financial statement analysis, one of the most common methods according to the financial statements of the relationship between two or more items, thus evaluation calculation ratio of enterprise financial status operating results and cash flows, and evaluation of the past and future trend or estimated compared with other companies. Based on the current ratio analysis in enterprise management of the insufficiency in application are analyzed, and some of these will avoid provide feasible Suggestions.
