摘 要
  
本设计为冲压模设计,先落料后进行预弯、卷圆。
  
本零件为铰链件,要求有较高的耐腐蚀性。抗拉强度和耐磨性能好,广泛应用于机械化工行业中。
  
本文按照模具设计的一般步骤,先进行零件的冲压工艺性的分析而后拟定了冲压零件的工艺方案。确定了冲压件的排样方式和裁板方法,并计算材料利用率。
  
参照《冲压手册》计算出工序压力,确定压力中心,选择压力机。然后是根据确定的工艺方案、冲压件的形状特点、精度要求、生产批量、模具的制造和维修条件,操作与安全,以及上料,出件的方式,使用设备等各方面的情况确定冲模类型与结构。
  
确定模具结构后再设计、计算模具的工作零件、定位零件、压料、卸料及出件零件、导向零件、固定零件、紧固及其他零件,并使其分布合理。
  
该零件的模具由落料模,预压弯曲模和卷圆弯曲模三部分组成。落料模采用钢性卸料、闭式压力机、中间导柱模架、便于前后送料。预压弯曲模采用后侧导柱模架,有压料板和止退块。
