【摘要】我国各油田大部分油井产量较低,实践证明,集流型流量含水仪及低流量测井仪测量精度较高。通过在井下对油井产出液进行高压压密闭取样,然后在实验室化验分析,可以得到井下目的层位聚合物溶液的浓度及含水率等数据。模拟井实验和现场试验的数据证明,该仪器精度高,具有很好的一致性和重复性。

在取样过程中,传统的单皮球的精度高,但是耐热性能差,而且下井的时候很容易被套管周围的东西刮破,使用的寿命不长,现在各油田对取样精度要求越来越高,所以我们就改进皮球集流器的材料,结构,同时也改进了振动泵,保证能达到足够的压力,使它即能精度高,又能在井下作业时克服上述的缺点,用双皮球封隔,加上采用耐温的材料,可以使设计达到我们预期的结果,同时也降低了成本,这一研究具有重要的意义。

Design of a Through-annulus Fluid Sampler

[Abstract] Our country various oil fields majority of oil wells output lower, the practice proved, the collection flow pattern current capacity contains water the meter and the low current capacity oil well logging meter measuring accuracy is higher. Fluid sample is captured downhole and maintained at its original pressure.Measurements of polymer consistence as well as water-cut of the fluid out off an interested zone can be obtained by analysing the samples in lab.It is proved by flow loop experiments and field tests that the sampler is characterized by high precision, unique response and good repetition

In sample process, traditional single rubber ball precision high, but thermally stable energy balance, moreover goes into a well time very easily cuts the skin by the drive pipe around thing, the use life is not long, now various oil fields to sample precision request more and more high, therefore we on the improvement rubber ball current collector material, the structure, simultaneously also improved the oscillating-column pump, guaranteed can achieve the enough pressure, enables it namely the precision to be high, also can when the mine shaft work overcomes the above shortcoming, seals with the double rubber ball separates, in addition uses heat resistant the material, may enable the design to achieve our anticipated result, simultaneously also reduced the cost, This research has the vital significance。
