摘要：
皮带机是带式输送机的简称，有固定式和移动式，结构简单，效率高。以挠性输送带作物料承载和牵引构件的连续输送机械。一条无端的输送带环绕驱动滚筒和改向滚筒。两滚筒之间的上下分支各以若干托辊支承。物料置于上分支上，利用驱动滚筒与带之间的摩擦力曳引输送带和物料运行。适用于水平和倾斜方向输送散粒物料和成件物品，也可用于进行一定工艺操作的流水作业线。结构简单，工作平稳可靠，对物料适应性强，输送能力较大，功耗小，应用广泛。
我国生产制造的带式输送机的品种、类型较多。在“八五”期间，通过国家一条龙“日产万吨综采设备”项目的实施，带式输送机的技术水平有了很大提高，煤矿井下用大功率、长距离带式输送机的关键技术研究和新产品开发都取得了很大的进步。如大倾角长距离带式输送机成套设备、高产高效工作面顺槽可伸缩带式输送机等均填补了国内空白，并对带式输送机的减低关键技术及其主要元部件进行了理论研究和产品开发，研制成功了多种软起动和制动装置以及以PLC为核心的可编程电控装置，驱动系统采用调速型液力偶合器和行星齿轮减速器。

Abstract：
Belt conveyor belt conveyor is referred to, there is a fixed type and movable type, has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency. The flexible conveyor belt for continuous conveyor machinery material bearing and tractioncomponents. An endless conveyor belt driven drum and drum to surround. The two cylinder between the upper and lower branches each with several roller bearing. The material is arranged on the upper branch, using the drive roller and the friction between the belt conveyor and material operation. Suitable for horizontal and inclined direction of the conveying granular materials and goods, can also be used for the production of a certain process operation line. Has the advantages of simple structure, stable and reliable work, strong adaptability for the material, transport capacitygreatly, small power consumption, wide application.
The production of belt conveyor manufacturing varieties, many types of our country. In the "eight five" period, throughthe implementation of the national one-stop "Nissan million tons of mechanized mining equipment" project, the technical level of belt conveyor has been greatly improved, high power, long distance research of key technology for belt conveyor and the development of new products have made great progress in coal mine. Such as high efficiency working face steep and long distance belt conveyor equipment, Shun groove are filled in the domestic blanktelescopic belt conveyor, and the key technologies of reducing belt conveyor and its main components are the theoretical research and product development, the successful development of a variety of soft starting and brakingdevice and taking PLC as the core programmable electronic control device, driving system adopts hydraulic couplerand a planetary gear reducer.
