摘要:
本次设计的是复合冲裁模，复合冲裁模是在冲床的一次冲压过程中可以同时完成两步或两步以上的工序。该复合冲裁模将落料、冲孔两步工序在一起完成。该模具选取了合理的凸、凹模间隙及最佳的模具设计结构完成工件的加工要求。它具有操作方便、一次成形、生产效率高的特点。阐述了零件冲压复合模具的整体结构及其工作过程，为保证冲裁件的质量，指出了复合模具设计和加工注意的要点。该设计思路可扩展应用到其它类似零件的冲裁加工中。

Abstrast：
In this paper , a compound die is designed .The compound die can produce two parts or more by one punching procedure .It introduce the design and way of fine blanking and chose the blanking clearance between punch and matrix .The best structure is introduced to complish the desire of the making machine.Compared with the traditional dies ,this whole structure and working process of the die were stated,and the main points method can be used to the forming of other similar parts.
