摘要：针对圆盘剪剪刃崩豁问题, 提出减小剪切受力和合理分配上下剪刃剪切受力的思路。并根据现场实际情况, 通过减小圆盘剪上剪刃直径的方法, 进行工艺改进, 减少崩豁, 延长了剪刃使用寿命。通过圆盘剪剪刃的改进实例可以进一步的对滚筒式剪切机作一定的改良。

Abstract：For the collapse of disk Shear blade,we come up with an idea which is reducing the shear force and a reasonable distribution of the force on up blade and down blade. According to the actual situation , we can reduce the diameter of the blade in order toimprove the process ,to reduce the collapse and to extend the life of the blade. We can improve the drum shear through improving disc blade .
