摘要
本设计是在指导老师的悉心指导下和一些参考文献的帮助下完成的，包含了目录、摘要、PLC硬件选型、硬件接线、流程图、梯形图、任务书、正文和三千字中英文对照。
随着电子技术的发展，剑杆织机已实现了电子计算机技术、传感技术、调速技术与织机的完美结合，机电一体化水平已达到相当高的程度。当前剑杆织机的电控系统普遍采用单片机、PLC、PCC三种方式控制。
PLC以微处理器为基础，综合计算机技术、自动控制技术和通信技术，面向控制过程，适应工业环境、操作方便、可靠性高。近年来，许多厂家都把PLC应用于剑杆织机的电气控制，把人机界面、操作按钮、编码器、断纱检测装置、选色器等通过PLC来控制剑杆织机的动作。
本论文主要介绍了西门子S7-200PLC在剑杆织机的控制系统上的应用，在提高剑杆织机布面质量、扩大织物品种、提高织机的效率、简化操作、减低消耗、减轻劳动强度等方面起了重大作用。

Summary
This design is under the guidance of the instructor and the help of some references completed, including the contents, abstracts, PLC hardware selection, hardware, wiring, diagram, ladder diagram, task books, text and 3000 words in English control.
With the development of electronic technology, has achieved loom computer technology, sensor technology, speed and weaving the perfect combination of technology, mechatronics has reached a very high level. Rapier's electronic control system currently commonly used microcontroller, PLC, PCC control in three ways.
PLC based microprocessor, integrated computer technology, automatic control technology and communication technology, for the control process, to adapt to industrial environment, easy to operate and reliable. In recent years, many manufacturers have used rapier PLC electrical control, the human-machine interface, operation buttons, encoders, yarn break detection device, choose colors etc. rapier through the PLC to control the action.
This paper introduces the Siemens S7-200PLC in rapier loom control system applications, in improving the quality of rapier loom cloth, fabric varieties to expand and improve the efficiency of the loom, simplify operations, reduce consumption, reduce labor intensity and so played a major role.
