摘 要
本文叙述了四个方面的问题：发动机常见故障，汽油压力与喷射状况的检测、冷起动困难故障排除、怠速工况故障排除；举例说明了发动机抖动故障的排除，包括喷油嘴电源线偶发短路引起发动机发抖，机油泵冷车输油压力过高引起发动机发抖；冬季冷车状态的常见故障；最后叙述了柴油机故障诊断方法，通过观察排气烟色声音，感觉振动和温度，观察仪表指示，检查曲轴箱通风，闻气味，拆喷油泵，试供油功能等判断其故障。

Abstract
This paper describes four areas: engine common faults, petrol injection pressure test conditions, cold starting problems troubleshooting, troubleshooting idle condition; example jitter Troubleshooting engine, including accidental short circuit power line injector Engine shaking, cold oil pump causing the engine oil pressure is too high trembling; winter cold state of the common faults; final narrative of the diesel engine fault diagnosis, by observing the exhaust smoke color the sound, feel the vibration and temperature, observation instrument instructions, check crankcase ventilation, smell the smells, the dissolution of the fuel pump, fuel supply function test to determine their fault.
