摘要： CA6140车床是普通精度级车床，适用于车削内外圆柱面，圆锥面及其它旋转面，车削各种公制、英制、模数和径节螺纹，并能进行钻孔，铰孔和拉油槽等工作。CA6140 主轴箱内主要有卸荷式皮带轮、双向多片式摩擦离合器和制动器及操纵机构、主轴组件及 滑动齿轮的 变速操纵机构等典型机构。本文主要是对CA6140车床主轴箱的总体设计以及其结构布局、传动方式进行探究，完成车床转速图的绘制，以及对车床主轴箱内的拨叉、变速机构进行必要的改进，并对车床的主要部件主轴进行设计校核。

The General Design of CA6140 lathe spindle box
Abstract: When the machine becomes production tools, as a sector of equipment basic supply industry, the prominent role that the machine tools palys is increasing clearly. In fierce market competition of the world, as the international flowing goods, the machine is changing with each passing dayl.Only to innovate independently, it can survive and develop in the market. China should develop advanced machine tools, the revitalize the machine tool industry firstly to revitalize the machinery manufacturing and achieve the industrial modernization. Machine tool industry plays very important role in the national economy, concerning all of industrial production of other categories, including automotive, chemical, aerospace, defense and other industries.it is not only the force of economic development, but also the important protection of the national security strategy. This article mainly about general design and layout drive of the CA6140 lathe spindle box. CA6140-precision lathe is the ordinary lathe, is used to turning to internal and external cylindrical, cone and other spin-face, turning all kinds of thread that metric or imperial, and module or pitch diameter, conducting drilling, reaming and pulling tanks and so on. Headstock mainly includes the spindle, the other axises and axis components and speed control and other components.
