摘 要
本设计分析了遮光板塑件的结构特点，决定采用一模四腔，成型侧孔利用斜导柱侧向抽芯，分流道的设计为S形以利于塑性流动，并可让出侧滑块位置，使整体结构紧凑。运用Moldflow对塑件的成型过程进行了动态的模流分析，以决定浇口开设的位置。全部完成模具的结构设计和相关的计算并绘制全套图纸。
