Abstrict:Base on the spot actual staking out, this thesis give out three different eccentric taking out ---eccerntrics.right angle staking out, extend line eccentrics staking out, introduce them according to the principle and actual staking out steps. And fix the distance with a large number of data and the influence of the spot site cause by the distance of staking out.
